Michael M. Clarke (Michael) was admitted to the Kentucky bar in 2002. He practiced with Robinson & Rice, P.S.C., a Huntington, West Virginia firm, in their Ashland, Kentucky office until joining Clarke and Clarke in 2003. He is a 1999 summa cum laude graduate of the University of Kentucky where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, and a 2002 graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law where he was a member of the Moot Court Board. Michael’s primary practice areas include estate planning, estate administration, real estate transactions, income taxation, domestic relations including divorce, child custody and visitation, Social Security disability, Worker’s Compensation, personal injury, business formations and general civil litigation.
Michael serves as general counsel for the Mason County Joint Planning Commission, the Maysville and Mason County Boards of Adjustment, and the Maysville/Washington Board of Architectural Review. He is also general counsel for the Housing Authority of Maysville. In addition to his private practice, he is an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney for the 19th Judicial Circuit.
